CHARMING CHARACTER HOME
This is a charming Character home built in 1926. It is a starter home for her daughter and son-in-law. Teresa hired Modus to renovate the kitchen as a gift for the couple.
The mixing of the Axstad blue and white cabinets with brass hardware really adds to the charm of the house.
A small island was put in to give more counter space for the couple as they enjoy cooking. Bench seating was added to the dining area next to the kitchen, to add more storage, and can seat more people.

The most challenging part of the renovation was the electrical work because the house was wired using knob and tub wiring, therefore, the electrician had to update most of the electrical in the house.
Teresa and I had a really good time working on the project because we both love interior decorating. She created a warm, tasteful kitchen and a perfect gift for the couple.
