Design Services

This customized service is perfect for anyone who needs a little guidance in bringing their design vision to life - for any room in your home - whether you are working with a Contractor or are planning a small DIY project.

Our service begins with an initial information gathering session, to help us get an idea of your space, budget and design style. We will then create a design packet for you, providing different material and finish selections to guide your style journey.

Once we have received your feedback we will create your custom Materials Palette, a detailed design packet which contains information on all materials needed for your project, along with supplier information and pricing.

Materials Palette Selection

  • Upon final confirmation of selections the client will receive a final design packet which includes:

    • image and specifications of each item

    • material/ finish details

    • recommended retailers and supplier locations, along with contact details

    • approximate pricing per finish for materials

    Please note that the contents of each packet may vary depending on the needs of the specific project, but generally will include the following material selections; tile, flooring, paint, countertop, cabinetry, sinks, faucets, lighting.

  • This service is available for any room in your home: kitchen, bathroom, powder room, office, etc.

    Our service begins with an initial information gathering session, to help us to better understand the specifics of your unique project, to set a realistic budget to work within, and to get a sense of your style preferences.

    Once we have this information, our design team will get to work creating a curated file of recommended materials for your project – all you have to do is choose your favourite items from the provided options.

    Once we have received your feedback ,we will create your custom Materials Palette, a detailed design packet which contains all materials needed for your project along with supplier information and pricing.

Hourly Design Services

  • Starting at $100/hour + tax

  • Can be used for any of the following services

    • general design / styling questions

    • revisions to existing designs

    • customization of existing designs (sourcing product that is not from our In- House library stock)

    • styling a room for personal use or professional purposes (ex. styling home for realtor)

    • creating CAD or 3D rendering documentation

Our Other Services

Planning

We’ve been planning kitchens for more than 20 years. We believe it’s best to plan your kitchen in your home and not off site. We consider factors like daylight, furniture positioning and space layout to help plan out your kitchen.

Installation

We can install your IKEA GODMORGON / PAX bathroom / closet or your IKEA SEKTION / AKURUM / LUXIA kitchens.

We also offer the option to upgrade to Swedish Door custom cabinetry.

Renovations

Our Project Management Services can help to organize trades, from scheduling to maintaining regular on-site oversight and communication of the entire project.

We are also available to answer questions on an hourly basis.
