When renovating small kitchens, the biggest challenge is always to make the most of the counter space, maximise storage and organise things strategically without making everything look cluttered. Guided by the “the whiter-the brighter” philosophy, we used white for all surfaces, making the kitchen a neutral slate for the client to display her colourful serving ware and accessories. We maximised the storage areas by pushing the cabinets to the ceiling, which visually elongated the space and, together with brand new light fixtures, gave it a fresh, sophisticated feel.
