SERVICES PROVIDED: Full house renovation

A family of four wanted to freshen up their living space and expand it towards the backyard. The entire main level was renovated and the backyard addition was made in a way that didn’t disrupt the overall character of the house. We designed a covered seating area with West Coast-style wood beams reminiscent of Arthur Erickson’s MOA. It gave the family a multidimensional space where they can both unwind and organize social gatherings by the pool. MODUS is currently designing an adjacent alfresco kitchen and bar as part of the poolside renovation project.
