FROM DISMAL TO DAZZLING

This large-scale renovation project consisted of giving a full makeover to the kitchen and the powder room and giving the study a new tiled floor and a fresh coat of paint. On the upper floor, we gave the master bathroom a brand new look and worked on storage solutions in the hallway and bedroom.
Challenges were in abundance – both bathrooms had three layers of different flooring that had to be removed. Just when we thought troubles were over, we found a serious rat infestation under the crawl space, which further delayed the project. With clients living in the house throughout the renovation, the project was done in stages, area by area. After 2 years, the results came out beautifully. On the main floor, a wall was removed to add more space, functionality, and airiness to the kitchen. IKEA kitchen cabinets were used for the bedroom closet and hallways, maximizing the storage space and giving it a minimalist feel.
