With clients out of the country for the first part of their bathroom overhaul, the MODUS folks were in charge of everything – from the selection or materials, lighting and plumbing fixtures to the actual purchase. The goal was a simple and sophisticated bathroom that’s easy to clean and maintain. Shifting the entire ensuite layout to get more shower space and a more generous vanity area required some serious plumbing work. Guided by the clients’ wishes, we opted for creamy white large-format tiles and a sleek vanity countertop made of quartz. We also added special touches like the tile flooring that features a Schluter DITRA-HEAT heated mat.
