LYNN VALLEY
Our Lynn Valley clients wanted to refresh their kitchen and the main bathroom. We were hired as project managers to renovate these crucial spaces.
The kitchen peninsula bar provides ample seating and separates the the main working area of the kitchen. This is a spot for the family and friends to gather around the food prep, or for a quick breakfast. The kitchen opens up to the south-facing back yard, so this makes it useful for the long summer days when the back patio and the kitchen become one. The natural materials of the top and the stools make for the nice transition into the wooded back yard.
The kitchen, although is not too big of a footprint is extremely functional. The use of pullouts and drawers always make the space user friendly, while the additional high cabinets behind the bar add the always-needed extra storage.
The wall of pantries is an invaluable feature to store and tuck away the clutter.
The main bathroom is located on the same level as the kitchen. The classic layout is simple, with clean lines and elevated cabinetry for lighter overall feel.
