When MODUS team arrived on site for a regular kitchen renovation, we soon realised this wouldn’t be just any renovation. After removing the drywall in the kitchen, we found signs of rats nesting in the area. To make things worse, the wiring was extremely old and seemed to have been upgraded by the previous owners without adhering to the building code standards. Although the additional work increased the cost of the project, the clients were happy to get a brand new kitchen without compromising safety.
