SERVICES PROVIDED: 3 bathrooms and bedroom renovation
Having worked with MODUS on other segments of their home, this lovely couple invited us help them renovate their bathrooms and bedroom. Although they consider their home a sanctuary and wish they could stay there forever, they didn’t want to invest too much into the space, as the entire area is likely to be torn down in the near future.
That’s why we worked together to pick modest, yet classy finishes for their most private areas – the en-suite bathroom and bedroom. We transformed the bedroom by removing a redundant wall and created a walk-in-closet. High kitchen cabinetry was used for this remodelling and provided an ample amount of space for both. The elements of the en-suite bathroom are a reflection of their different, yet complementary personalities – small soaker tub for her and a large walk-in shower for him. We made the bedroom more airy and compact by removing a tiny hallway between the room and the bathroom, as well as by moving the access to the attic to another room.
The guest bathrooms were fully updated as well. All fixtures were replaced, new cabinetry was installed, the walls were painted and the new floors have been put in.
